Refund Policy

At Radiant Soirées & Co, every event is planned with care, creativity, and intention. Because our services involve extensive preparation, coordination, and vendor commitments, all payments made toward event planning services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Deposits

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. This deposit covers initial consultations, time allocation, and preliminary planning. Retainers are applied toward your total balance.

Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel services after planning has started, any remaining balance for work already completed will still be due. We will, however, make every effort to pause or adjust services where possible.

Event Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your event, Radiant Soirées & Co will make every reasonable effort to transfer your deposit and planning progress to a new date, subject to availability.

Vendor Refunds

Vendor deposits and payments are governed by each vendor’s individual policy. Radiant Soirées & Co is not responsible for third-party vendor refunds but will assist in communication when possible.
